Dear Paulette,

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the excellent work done on my grand piano. It was hard to believe it was the same one when it was delivered after refurbishing. I'm only sorry we don't have any 'before' pictures of it to show the amazing difference. Why anyone would have painted that beautiful walnut white is beyond me! The details of the carving and wood grain are far more than we'd hoped to find beneath the layers of paint. We have enjoyed having it back in its 'like new' state and encourage everyone who comes to visit to try it out. Thanks again to all who contributed to the internal and external refurbishment.
